Joselito “Jo” Tungcab is a qualified Trainer and Assessor (TAE40122) and Class 1 Licensed Real Estate Agent (Unrestricted) in NSW, with more than 17 years’ leadership experience spanning property, operations management, customer service excellence, compliance, and digital transformation.

Jo delivers practical, outcomes-focused training built on real-world industry execution—covering property buying and investment fundamentals, sales performance, agency operations, client experience, stakeholder management, and business process improvement. He is known for translating complex concepts into clear, usable systems that professionals can apply immediately in client-facing environments.
